We are excited to invite applications for the role of Partnerships Coordinator — a fantastic part‑time opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive, and ready to support Musica Viva Australia’s partnerships and fundraising activity.

Working closely with the Partnerships Manager and the wider Development team, the qualities that will make you successful in this role include:

  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling proposals and reports

  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines

  • Confidence working with processes, documentation and follow‑through

  • Experience with CRM systems is desirable (Tessitura or similar) — training will be provided

  • A proactive, collaborative approach and an interest in the arts and non‑profit sector
