We’re looking for a dynamic and commercially savvy Marketing Executive to help deliver high-impact campaigns for The Australian Ballet.

We’re looking for a dynamic and commercially savvy Marketing Executive to help deliver high-impact campaigns for The Australian Ballet’s mainstage seasons and programs. You’ll bring strong communication skills to help engage existing audiences, attract new ones, and elevate our brand. You’ll play a hands-on role in delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns — with a focus on digital and email marketing — while also supporting key partnerships, stakeholder relationships, and other marketing priorities across the company. What you’ll be doing:

  • Build, write and deliver compelling eDM campaigns in support of business goals
  • Support campaign implementation – briefing designers, coordinating campaign materials, liaising with internal stakeholders
  • Assist with website & digital content updates
  • Monitor and report on email performance
  • Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team and external agencies to deliver effective campaigns.

What experience you’ll need:

  • Experience implementing marketing or communication campaigns
  • Strong copy writing and editing skills. A storyteller who can breakdown technical or complex information and effectively communicate to a range of stakeholders
  • An authentic connection to, or desire to work in, either the Arts or the Creative services sector more broadly
  • Excellent understanding of the digital eco-system, including email platforms and broader online presence
  • Experience in working in sales-oriented environment
  • Experience in agency or brand/ campaign marketing background is desirable
