With over 60 years of combined experience, we specialise in mobile trailer stage hire, audio and lighting production, AV solutions, and LED screen installations across Australia. Full-Time | $75,000–$85,000
What You’ll Be Doing
Operational Oversight
- Manage warehouse, logistics, and event execution to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee equipment allocation, maintenance, and dispatch for events.
- Assist the Head of Audio and the Stage boss in the admin of transport and setup of mobile trailer stages and audio gear.
- Support sustainable practices and fleet management.
Crew Management & Coordination
- Schedule and roster 30+ crew using Connecteam.
- Align crew assignments with technical leads and event needs.
- Oversee crew communications and logistics.
Process Implementation & Compliance
- Develop and maintain SOPs across departments.
- Ensure OH&S and council permit compliance.
- Manage inventory via HirePOS and drive process improvements.
Client Services Coordination
- Liaise with clients and support the Account Manager with timelines and resource planning.
- Communicate client needs to operational teams and provide on-site support.
- Monitor service quality and coordinate post-event feedback.
Cross-Departmental Leadership
- Coordinate between warehouse, accounts, and audio teams.
- Collaborate with the Directress on strategic decisions.
- Manage supplier and subcontractor relationships.
- Monitor budgets and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
- 5–8 years in operations management, with at least 3 in live events or production.
- Experience in equipment hire, crew scheduling, and AV logistics.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with HirePOS, Connecteam, and OH&S standards.
