Operations Manager (Facilities and Resources)
NICA is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead facilities, production and safety in a world-class circus arts environment.
Join our team as the Operations Manager (Facilities and Resources) at NICA, where you’ll spearhead the coordination of our performance, training, and rehearsal venues. As a key leader, you’ll oversee facilities management, theatrical production, technical operations, and other vital aspects. Your role involves managing a dedicated production team, fostering seamless communication across all operational areas, and collaborating with senior management.
A central focus will be maintaining, implementing, and reviewing our Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Management System, ensuring a commitment to safety in the workplace and training spaces. Additionally, you’ll take charge of building improvements, repairs, maintenance, and stakeholder relationship management.
