  • Create and deliver high-quality, strategic content across social media, EDMs, blogs and other marketing platforms, including copywriting support for internal teams
  • Execute social media, email marketing and digital advertising campaigns, including content scheduling and optimisation
  • Develop engaging visual content, including video and graphic design assets, using tools such as Canva and Adobe Suite
  • Assist with the update of ASPA websites, including content development, basic troubleshooting and liaison with external agencies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Marketing Manager and Public Relations Manager, to deliver campaigns and support broader marketing initiatives

Qualities and Experience that will make you successful:

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, PR or Business with 2+ years of experience in Marketing
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging messaging and produce compelling content through strong storytelling techniques.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality, ensuring all outputs are precise, consistent, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Highly organised, with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proactive, flexible and team-oriented, with a positive can-do attitude and strong initiative
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Canva or Adobe Suite and social media platforms
  • Passion for the Performing Arts (desirable)
  • Have a valid Working with Children’s Check

  • Inclusive workplace committed to equal opportunity, welcoming diverse backgrounds and perspectives
  • Access to wellbeing initiatives and a free Employee Assistance Program
  • Flexible work options to support work-life balance
  • Be part of a passionate team contributing to a meaningful mission, including support for our charity partner, Girls from Oz
