The Print Council of Australia (PCA) is Australia’s peak organisation for contemporary printmaking. The PCA supports over 900 member artists and art workers through exhibitions, commissions, publications and advocacy, engaging a national membership of artists, curators, educators and collectors.
As the PCA approaches its 60th anniversary in 2026, we are seeking an experienced and strategically minded arts professional to guide the organisation into its future.
Based at the PCA Gallery in Melbourne’s Southbank arts precinct, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of a respected, artist-led membership organisation with national reach.
About the Role
Reporting to the National Committee of Management and working closely with the Executive Committee, the General Manager is responsible for the strategic direction, operational delivery and financial stewardship of the PCA.
This is a part-time leadership role suited to an experienced arts professional or an emerging leader ready to step into organisational management.
About You
You are a confident, collaborative leader with a strong understanding of the Australian arts and cultural sector. You combine strategic thinking with practical delivery and are comfortable working across governance, programs, people and finances.
