General Manager

Corrugated Iron is seeking a General Manager to strengthen operations and support creative impact.

We seek someone to be our operational backbone, ensuring Corrugated Iron runs smoothly while supporting the Executive Producer / CEO in organisational effectiveness, enabling them to lead the strategic, and artistic vision with children and young people.
The General Manager balances operational rigour, including finance, HR, scheduling and compliance, with a strategic, for purpose mindset. The General Manager takes responsibility for day-to-day internal operations ensuring programs run effectively and Corrugated Iron is resourced to deliver quality artistic experiences with children, young people and their communities across the Northern Territory.
The General Manager is a collaborative, adaptive leader, skilled at navigating complexity, problem-solving in dynamic environments and able to support staff to deliver, safe, vibrant and impactful programs across the Northern Territory.
We’re looking for someone who can:
- Work collaboratively, with empathy and integrity
- Be an adaptive problem-solver with a strong grasp of operations across a vast geographical reach
- Work closely with the EP/CEO and Board supporting effective governance and organisational health
- Build trust and rapport with staff, artists, government and community stakeholders
- Foster a positive, culturally safe and inclusive workplace where children, young people, staff and artists from all backgrounds can thrive
- Strengthen and enable the team to develop and grow their impact
