Somerset Regional Council is seeking a passionate and experienced arts professional to coordinate operations at The Condensery – Somerset Regional Art Gallery. This dynamic role involves planning and delivering a diverse range of engaging exhibitions, events and public programs that reflect best practices in the arts in a regional setting while overseeing the daily operations of the gallery.

The successful candidate will supervise a dedicated team of casual staff and volunteers, contribute to strategic planning, build strong stakeholder relationships, manage marketing and communications, and support the sustainability and growth of the arts in the Somerset Region.
