The iconic Chapel Off Chapel is looking for standout individuals to join our team of casual Front of House Officers. If you’ve got strong weekend availability, a great eye for detail, and thrive in fast-paced, people-focused environments, we want to hear from you.
This is your chance to work at one of Melbourne’s most beloved arts and culture venues, right in the heart of Prahran. As part of our Front of House team, you’ll be the face of Chapel Off Chapel—creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for audiences, artists and visitors alike. You’ll work across the Box Office and Bar, handle ticket sales, and help ensure our public spaces are presented to the highest standard.
We’re after people who bring professionalism, energy and a genuine love for live performance. Prior experience in customer service or the arts is an advantage, but a positive attitude and commitment to excellent service are just as important.These casual positions offer an hourly rate of $45.54 (which includes casual loading) + 12% superannuation.

We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who bring:
- Outstanding customer service skills, coupled with a genuine passion for creating welcoming and positive experiences for all visitors
- The ability to remain calm, focused, and efficient even during busy or high-pressure situations, ensuring smooth service at all times
- Flexibility to work a varied and sometimes changing roster, including evenings and weekends, to support our exciting and dynamic events program
- A strong team spirit, with the willingness to collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver seamless and enjoyable experiences
- A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate, ensuring responsible and safe service in line with regulatory standards
