Finance Officer

ART ON THE MOVE is looking for a detail-loving Finance Officer to help keep our books balanced while we tour exhibitions across WA and beyond.

We’re hiring: Finance Officer (Part-time, 3 days/week)

Award: Social and Community Services (Western Australia) Interim Award 2011Classification: Level 4.1, $40.47 per hour plus superannuation

ART ON THE MOVE is looking for a detail-loving Finance Officer to help keep our books balanced. If you’re someone who enjoys tidy spreadsheets, accurate reconciliations and making sure everything adds up, this could be the role for you. You’ll manage bookkeeping, payroll, reporting and compliance while supporting a small, passionate team working to connect artists, galleries and communities.

We connect artists, galleries and communities through exhibitions, engagement programs, advocacy and training, helping to build a vibrant arts sector and support cultural life across the state.

The RoleThe Finance Officer is responsible for transactional bookkeeping, payroll, reconciliations, reporting and statutory compliance, supporting effective decision-making, funding obligations, and audit readiness. Based in our central Maylands office, this role offers flexible working options, easy access to public transport, free on-site parking and access to training and professional development opportunities.
