The Experience and Commercial Manager will lead a team to deliver an exceptional visitor experience that optimises strategic goals for visitation, revenue and brand.

In this hands-on role you will work closely with Head, Queensland Museum Rail Workshops to deliver on QM strategic priorities & provide leadership by managing the Experience and Commercial portfolio across all areas of the operation including visitor experience, hospitality and events, partnerships and retail. You will build excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders, while working in partnership with other departments to deliver inspired experiences and budgeted revenues.

A passionate and action-orientated self-starter, the ideal candidate will have exemplary organisational, interpersonal and team building skills, strong experience in events management including food and beverage, as well as demonstrated capability to deliver agreed commercial outcomes in an exciting and dynamic tourism and leisure setting.
