Four Winds (FW) is a leading Australian arts organisation, located near Bermagui on the Sapphire Coast NSW, and based on four interconnected pillars: program, residencies, education, First Nations.

Four Winds exists to create musical experiences at the highest level that respond to this extraordinary place and are embraced by audiences, artists, participants and communities.  The shared goal at Four Winds is meaningful engagement with local communities and First Nations, igniting a life-long passion for music among young people.

The Executive Director (ED) of Four Winds will be an experienced, passionate and supportive arts leader, bringing a combination of creative flair and administrative skill.  The ED, in collaboration with the FW curatorial advisors and deeply committed FW team, will provide strategic, financial and organisational leadership for the organisation, amplifying its marketing, income streams and operating systems to steer Four into its next chapter. 

The position is permanent full-time, must be based in the Bermagui area with some flexible work arrangements possible.  It requires flexibility to match work schedules to demands of Four Winds activities. A competitive salary will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
