About the role

The Director, Philanthropy and Partnerships is responsible for leading The Song Room’s fundraising initiatives. As a vital member of the leadership team, this position focuses on sustaining and expanding income streams and strategic partnerships to support The Song Room’s arts education programs across metropolitan, regional, and remote areas nationwide.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, driven by a commitment to promoting equitable access to quality arts education for all Australian children, regardless of their background or circumstances.

This position reports directly to the CEO and oversees two direct reports. While the Head Office is based in Melbourne, applications are welcomed from candidates located anywhere in Australia.
