About the role

The Director, Arts Learning leads The Song Room’s education programs and is responsible for designing a suite of best practice arts education programs, leading the high-quality delivery of Song Room Arts Learning programs including in-class, hybrid and digital initiatives, and advocating for best practice arts education in Australian education settings. 

This role reports to the CEO and has two direct reports, a team comprising of 5-8 Arts Learning Program Managers / Coordinators and approximately 40-80 contract Teaching Artists.
