About the Role
The Digital Content Coordinator ensures NIDA delivers high-quality, engaging video and photographic content across all platforms. Overseeing output from areas including Higher Education, Open, Corporate, NIDA Productions, Development and NIDA Green. Working with the Communications and Social Media Officer and Head of Marketing & Communication, the role drives a content strategy that showcases makers courses, diversity, along with student and alumni success. They produce and manage multimedia content, often in collaboration with freelancers, to deliver world-class, social-ready visuals, while using analytics to monitor performance, optimise strategy, and maintain compliance with all WHS requirements.
About You
The ideal candidate brings strong skills in shooting and editing professional social media videos, producing high-quality still images, and coordinating fast-paced content shoots with multiple stakeholders and talent. They can turn around polished content quickly, conduct effective video interviews, and manage the full production process with confidence. A commitment to inclusive practices is essential, and experience in the arts or media industry is a welcome advantage.

This is a full-time 2-year contract.
The base annual salary is $87,737 + 12% Superannuation, based on a 38-hour working week.

Considerations
- You are required to have the right to live and work in Australia to apply for this role. This role is not suited to a working holiday visa holder.
- A valid Working with Children Check for NSW is essential. Having one or being willing to get one and to support and implement NIDA’s Child Safe Strategies is necessary to undertake this role.
