Full Spectrum Theatre Pty Ltd
Creative Facilitator for Neurodiverse Theatre Company
Full Spectrum Theatre is Seeking Inspiring Creative Facilitators to Co-Lead Inclusive Theatre Programs for Neurodiverse Youth on Saturdays.
🌈 About Full Spectrum Theatre
We’re an inclusive theatre company based in the Macedon Ranges, established in 2020. We are passionate about equipping neurodiverse youth with life skills that translate from the theatre stage to the world stage. Our work blends theatre, film and technology, to create engaging experiences that foster friendships and confidence. We have built a strong culture based on safety, collaboration and growth-mindset with a deep respect for each young person’s individuality.
🎬 The Role
You’re an inspiring role model. You’ll create a warm, playful, structured space where neurodiverse young people can belong, express themselves, and grow. This is not a “drop-in drama class.” It’s mentoring, creative leadership, and community-building — through theatre and filmmaking.
You will:
- Facilitate 3 x 90-minute classes each Saturday
- Co-lead sessions with another experienced facilitator
- Work alongside teen mentors and volunteers
- Deliver an existing FST curriculum (with room for creative evolution)
- Support young people aged 8–17 to build confidence, communication skills, and friendships.
- Use elements of theatre, film, performance, and technology
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive environment
🕘 Commitment & Pay
- Saturdays during school terms (2026 and beyond) 8:30am – 4:00pm (7 hours incl. 30-min lunch break)
- Approx. 1 hour paid prep time per week
- Multi-year commitment. This is more than a job. It’s a calling.
- Casual employment
- $40–$60 per hour, depending on experience
- Start date: Saturday 7 February 2026
