Contract & Company Administrator: manage artist contracts, travel & logistics, and support smooth delivery of productions and company activity

State Opera South Australia was established in 1976 by an Act of Parliament building a remarkable reputation for presenting world-class opera in South Australia, across the nation and internationally.

Join State Opera in a pivotal role supporting the coordination of artist contracts and company operations behind our productions.

This role is responsible for preparing and managing artist and staff contracts, coordinating travel and logistics, and acting as a key point of contact for artists throughout rehearsals and performances. You’ll ensure all engagements run smoothly—from accurate contract administration to seamless travel arrangements.

Working closely with Artistic, Marketing and Development teams, you’ll also support grant applications and maintain accurate CRM records across artists, partners and stakeholders.

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-driven professional with strong communication skills, experience managing competing deadlines, and confidence handling contract processes. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and a collaborative, proactive approach are essential.
