ADT seeks a proactive and dynamic Business Operations Manager to lead its financial operations and support the delivery of its programs
About ADT
ADT is the oldest continuing contemporary dance company in Australia. We create rebellious dance that asks big questions, pushes boundaries and moves audiences and artists forward. Since 1965, we’ve created a unique brand of unapologetic dance on Kaurna Yerta and taken it across the state, the country and the world. We’re led by Artistic Director Daniel Riley (Wiradjuri) and Executive Director Nick Hays.
About the role
We’re seeking an organised and proactive Business Operations Manager to support the delivery of our extensive performance, touring, and artistic programs.

This is a crucial role designed to ensure the company hits our strategic goals sustainably, and is best placed to deliver exceptional artistic outcomes for the community.
