The National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) is Australia’s premier training ground for future leaders and practitioners in the dramatic arts. About the Role

The role supports the NIDA Theatres team by coordinating venue hire bookings, assisting with event planning and delivery, managing ticketing services for NIDA productions, liaising with clients and internal departments, handling customer service enquiries, and ensuring smooth administrative operations across all theatre-related activities.

 

About You

You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong relationship management skills, advanced computer proficiency, and the ability to juggle competing priorities while delivering exceptional customer service with a calm, can-do attitude, ideally with experience in event or box office administration and a passion for the performing arts.

This is a full-time 2-year contract. Flexibility is required, with occasional work outside normal hours, but time in lieu can be arranged. The base annual salary is $68,255 gross per annum (based on a 5-day working week) + 11.5% Superannuation, based on a 38-hour working week.

    Considerations:

    • You are required to have the right to live and work in Australia to apply for this role. This role is not suited to a working holiday visa holder.
