Northern Rivers Performing Arts (NORPA) is seeking an Associate Producer.

Northern Rivers Performing Arts (NORPA) is seeking an Associate Producer to support the delivery of our creative program and work closely with the Artistic Director and Lead Producer, and NORPA team across the development, production and presentation of contemporary theatre and artist-led projects.

This role is well suited to an emerging or early-career producer looking to build career-shaping industry experience, professional skills and networks within a leading regional arts organisation.

The Associate Producer plays a key role in coordinating artists, schedules, communications and project delivery, contributing to work that is locally grounded and nationally recognised.
