Concluding the exhibition series is The Music Room, an evolving participatory exhibition centred around a grand piano and live performance space inspired by the life and legacy of Yarra Valley Arts co-founder and violinist Nan Francis. Through performances, workshops, improvisation, and community-led jam sessions, audiences and musicians collectively shape the space through sound, collaboration, and shared cultural experience. Performances will be recorded on video, and projected onto the walls of the gallery so that new performers can enter the space and join the performances, or make new work.
