The Online Orchestral Music (1900-Present) program brings you on a journey through music of the 20th and 21st century, suited to all musicians aged 14-19 (Years 9-12).
This course focuses on:

Rhythmic and melodic dictation

Sight-singing

Score analysis

Works of composers such as Debussy, Messiaen and Schoenberg

Composers’ influence on the Western art music aesthetic
A perfect preparation or extension program for those intending to, or who are currently studying International Baccalaureate (IB) Music, HSC Music 2* and/or Music Extension.
*Orchestral Music (1900-Present) focuses on essential general knowledge for the HSC Music 2 course.
When:
Classes run weekly on Saturdays from 10:00-11:00am during NSW School Term periods. There are 6 sessions per school term.
The first session of Term 1 commences on Saturday 24 Feb.
Late enrolments will be considered.
