The Online Orchestral Music (1600-1900) course takes you on a journey through music of the 17th, 18th and 19th century.
Suited to all musicians aged 14-19 (Years 9-12), this course focuses on:

Score analysis

Rhythmic and melodic dictation

Sight-singing

Key paradigms of the period

Works of Bach, Beethoven and Brahms

Emergence of the symphonic form
A perfect preparation or extension course for those intending to, or who are currently studying International Baccalaureate (IB) Music, HSC Music 2* and/or Music Extension.
*Music (1600-1900) is a mandatory topic of HSC study for Year 11 Music 2.
When:
Classes run weekly on Saturdays from 9:00-10:00am during NSW School Term periods. There are 6 sessions per school term.
The first session of Term 1 commences on Saturday 24 Feb.
Late enrolments will be considered.
