Gather a handful of friends together and book out my BnB for two nights, on one of my micro retreats. Eat, swim, cook and learn in the beautiful Byron Bay region!

During the retreat you will experience my permaculture farm in the making set on 3 peaceful acres in the Byron Bay hinterland just 20 minutes from Lennox Heads and only 8 minutes from cafes and the town centre of Alstonville. Owned and hosted by plant-based chef and author Katie White.

The Schedule
DAY 1
Arrival treat, fresh tea and coffee
Swim in the pool, chill and unpack
Dinner, seasonal main spread and lush dessert

DAY 2
Cooking Class – Seasonal plant based lunch spread or home made ravioli/pasta class includes 5 course lunch and a copy of my book The Seasonal Vegan. Invaluable recipes and skills that can be used for years to come.

Breakfast on the verandah

The property is home to circa 2,000 established native rainforest trees and has an abundant amount of space to wander, take a swim in the pool or do some yoga on the lawn. Lots to see in the local area also!

Retreat guests will be staying in their own section of the house with direct access to the pool and a private verandah. The retreat is rich in delicious and inspiring food experiences plus my signature cooking class!

I can’t wait to welcome you to this foodie hillside haven where you will experience a seasonal menu, cooking class, relax and learn to cook with myself a Le Cordon Bleu London trained plant-based chef and author of The Seasonal Vegan which is available at all retailers in Aus.
