The scientific benefits of mindfulness have been well documented. It can help to balance your emotions, improve your IQ, make you more attentive, prevent illness and even improve your love life. But many people still assume that mindfulness requires daily time spent sitting on a cushion in a dark room until you reach some sort of blissful nirvana. That’s definitely not the case.
