TO WRITE ART
TO WRITE ART – Unconventional Educational Art Program | Ages 16+
To Write Art is an unconventional, self-directed, 12-month art education program for artists who have learned the basics and want to explore ideas, deepen self-reflection, develop original thinking and discover how to create art with meaning.
Students choose from three programs:
-
Perception — Teaches students to see and feel in new ways
-
Non–Human Art — Removes human-centred creative limitations
-
Art Intersections — Explores the hidden systems and frameworks that influence art
Each program includes 6–7 topics and 10–12 creative tasks. Students explore philosophical and conceptual ideas, transforming reflection, memories, values and imagination into original artwork in any medium, at their own pace, online or offline, anywhere in the world.
There are no deadlines, grades or critiques. Optional support includes email, a weekly Self Check-In and Zoom discussions for students aged 18 and over. A printed copy is included with each program. Students can enrol and begin at any time.
To Write Art does not teach drawing or painting techniques. It is designed for independent, self-motivated learners who enjoy reading and reflection.
Students aged 16 and 17 require parent or guardian permission.
2027 enrolment is now open.
