We are small businesses too! Petition to extend grants to creatives

Sydney is leading the charge in exerting pressure on Parliament to overturn the financial cap on small creative business eligibility for COVID support.

We have seen a lot of COVID petitions over the past 12-months, which have given the sector a voice and a bit of muscle. Most have been a way of corralling impact on the loss of livelihood through the pandemic.

This week, Alex Greenwich MP, Member for Sydney, and Deputy Lord Mayor of Sydney Jess Scully, launched a joint Parliament petition to urgently extend financial support to the creative sector.
