Move over Pixar – it’s our turn to animate

If it’s not Disney or Pixar, it’s not animation, right? Wrong. QUT sets us right with a new interactive exhibition.

Opening 21 July at The Block, Queensland University of Technology’s Creative Industries Precinct, is the exhibition ANtIMATION, which draws together iconic works from as early as 1932, using a variety of techniques from stop motion and destructive animation, to 3D game-based machinima and traditional 35mm camera animation.
