All Catalyst funds returned to the Australia Council will go into the grants program, Australia Council CEO Tony Grybowski told a supplementary Senate Estimates hearing today.
But not all funds will be available to the small to medium organisations and individual artists who lost out because of the establishment of Catalyst.
