Designed to enable focused creative development, the Residency provides an environment where writers can deepen their practice and advance a project.
Following the successful introduction of the program last year, Abbotsford Convent are delighted to expand the opportunity in 2026 with three 12-week residencies, supporting writers with dedicated studio space, a generous honorarium, and mentorship from ACF staff and the broader creative tenant community onsite.
Writers of any form and at any stage of their development are invited to extend their practice, with opportunities to share work-in-progress outcomes through the Convent’s public programs.
Applications close Sunday 15 March.
