Exhibit with us in 2026-2027
Contemporary artists working accross disciplines, artist groups or curators can apply to exhibit or curate an exhibition at Sauerbier House in one or more of three very distinct gallery spaces. Whilst exhibiting, artists/ curators are requested to facilitate the opportunity for visitors to deepen their understanding of the work, the processes, concept, or practice of represented artists. These supported exhibitions run for up to six weeks. A support fee of $400 is available to be paid per exhibition. Extra support will be given to host a skill sharing workshop.
Successful artists will be selected by the Sauerbier House Reference Group based on the criteria:
- merit – originality and developed concepts evident in proposal.
- engagement – ability to facilitate creative opportunities for community
- viability – suitable to be exhibited within SH facilities.
- capacity – ability for artist to fulfil exhibition expectations.
- work has not been exhibited in the City of Onkaparinga
