DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES: Saturday 11th of October 4pm 
 
We have been working with Kate Gorringe-Smith to develop this opportunity. Participants are asked to take inspiration from our native Australian Pollinators to create prints of these species which will form an installation in the space. We plan to create an immersive display of your prints similar to Kate Gorringe-Smith’s Wall of Wings project. IMPORTANT: NO EUROPEAN HONEY BEES – ONLY NATIVE AUSTRALIAN POLLINATORS Venue: FPS will exhibit this show in the new back gallery space at the Print Council of Australia 
 
Entry Requirements: All participants MUST be financial members of the PCA & the Firestation Print Studio during the exhibition period. 
 
Exhibition Dates: October 28th – November 14th at Print Council of Australia Gallery, VIC 
FYI It is Australian Pollinators Week: 8–16 November 2025 
Opening Event: Thursday 30th October, 5-7pm 
 
Sizing / Orientation: A variety of small, medium & large prints are encouraged, but please no bigger than 1 meter in any direction. Must be 2D. They MUST be cut to the shape of the pollinator depicted in the print. Get your Stanley knives out! 
 
Medium: Works MUST incorporate print as the main medium implemented, but this may be used in conjunction with other media. Imagery: The prints must depict an Australian Native Pollinator – refer to our resources to view the various pollinators that include specific species of insects, birds and mammals. 
 
Entry Fees: Fee is $25 for 1 work, $40 for 3 works and $50 for 5 works. There is no limit to the amount of entries. But each entry must be unique. Commission: Please note FPS takes 20% commission on all sales. For sales at the PCA an extra 20% commission is also taken by their gallery (This means 40% total commission on sales from the PCA Gallery). Please note this when pricing your works to account for this commission. GST is also charged on commission. 
 
By entering this exhibition you are agreeing that you will be a financial member of the PCA and FPS for the duration of promotion for the exhibition and the exhibition dates at PCA, that is May 29th 2025 – November 14th, 2025 Please ensure your membership at both organisations is current for that time frame
