Vibrant Parramatta is a funding program that supports property owners and businesses who want to enhance the visual appeal of their property or heritage buildings. City of Parramatta is inviting artists of all backgrounds and experience levels to submit an expression of interest for the Vibrant Parramatta program. Council is looking for creative mural designs that reflect the identity of our city and enhance our public spaces. EOI submissions are now open and will close 11.59pm, 6 October 2026.
