Why This Site Is Special
Moorabool Street is a lively connector — historically the heartbeat of central Geelong and now home to the bustling Geelong City Market, drawing around 6,000 visitors every Saturday. As part of a UNESCO City of Design, this project contributes to the city’s creative identity and adds colour, character, and storytelling to a public space thousands of people move through every week.
Your design should enhance the site, respond to its history, and feel at home among the movement, energy, and activity of central Geelong. Keep in mind: the surface installer will need to execute your pattern — so think bold, simple and achievable.
