Council is especially interested in applicants who are passionate about Arts & Culture in Frankston City accompanied with relevant skills and from diverse backgrounds including:
- Strong Arts & Culture knowledge along with industry experience
- First Nations or Culturally and Linguistically Diverse individuals
- Members of the LGTBQIA2S+ community
- Young people
- Business, Financial and Legal Representation
- Community or Arts Leaders
The Committee aims to advise Council on the strategic direction for arts, culture, and events; support local creatives; attract visitors through arts initiatives; secure external funding; balance community and commercial needs; guide cultural investments; and respond to community feedback and emerging trends.
