This invitation is open to artists from across Australia, but we would especially encourage artists who live, work, study, or base their art practice in Casey, to submit.
*Previous public art experience is not necessary.
Interested artists should send the following information to publicart@casey.vic.gov.au via email titled “Artist Database Submission”
- A short biography and CV, maximum 3 pages
- A brief description of your current artistic practice
- A portfolio of artworks – including any public art commissions, up to 15 images. Labelled as follow – “artists name_artwork title_date”. Submitted as INDIVIDUAL image files, not pdfs. Can be sent either as attachments or via a file share link WITHOUT password requirements please.
- The names and contact details of two references preferably from a previous client, commissioner or curator
Incomplete or incorrectly formatted submissions will not be accepted.
IMPORTANT – Applications are accepted from artists only. We DO NOT accept applications from individuals, companies or other organisations representing artists.
