Sculpture in the Garden Wollongong continues to grow as a premier biennial exhibition, attracting over 66,000 visitors in 2025 to the stunning grounds of the Wollongong Botanic Garden.
Now returning for its sixth edition in 2027, applications are open to Australia-based artists working across sculpture and environmental installation.

About the location
Set on Dharawal Country, in the foothills of Mt Keira (Djeera), the 27-hectare Wollongong Botanic Garden is one of the city’s most treasured green spaces. Home to diverse plant collections and rich wildlife habitats, the Garden has held a special place in the community’s heart for over 50 years.
