Expressions of Interest Now Open for 2026 Exhibitions at Berninneit Art Gallery
Bass Coast Shire Council is excited to announce that Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for 2026 gallery exhibitions at its cultural heart in Phillip Island, Berninneit Art Gallery, are now open. Artists and curators are invited to submit proposals for a unique opportunity to showcase their work in our professional visual arts space.
We are proud to offer successful applicants the chance to present their exhibitions in our award-winning cultural centre, which opened in late 2023. Each selected exhibition will be scheduled for a 6-week run between July and December 2026.
The Gallery is a professional visual arts space that showcases contemporary art and supports local artists. Attracting residents and visitors alike, it is a curated gallery that is Bass Coast’s first purpose-built exhibition space. Our exhibition program is designed to support and develop the arts in the region, fostering a strong sense of local identity and encouraging meaningful dialogue within the community.
