Commonwealth Writers inspires, develops and connects writers and storytellers giving voice to those less-heard or unearthed talents. The  Commonwealth Foundation has just opened their call for entries for the Commonwealth Short Story Prize, focusing their energies in 2014 with greater financial resources.
