Founder John Bell’s help from these regional high school teachers is the origin of his desire to support and mentor young people into careers in the arts.
‘Young people with talent can often be shy about showing it or not sure how to make a start in the business. I believe that those of us who’ve ‘got there’ should have some duty of care to lend a helping hand, to provide advice on how to proceed with their careers.’
