British rockers Placebo are being sued for using David Fox’s picture without authorisation according to reports.

The image appeared on the band’s 1996 self-titled LP and was taken by Fox’s cousin, a professional photographer. He later gave permission for the band to use his photograph without consulting Fox, who learned the picture was used after it had already been confirmed to appear on the album’s cover art.
