55th annual AWGIE Awards (Extended)

Screen, stage, interactive, gaming and audio works that are in finished principle photography or production stage, or have had a first performance between 1 January 2021 and 31 December 2021 are invited to enter the AWGIE. Writers of works that significantly depict the lived experiences of minority cultures or communities outside the writer’s own lived experience are invited to accompany their entry with a short statement outlining the processes and practices that allowed them to confidently complete the submitted work. In recognition of the impact COVID-19 had on the industry in 2021, the AWGIE Awards will continue to consider the entry of works cancelled or defunded due to the pandemic.
Entries extended until 3 June; learn more and apply.
