Mrs Brown’s very rich boys

Astonishing box office figures have been revealed to ArtsHub by the producers of the British-Irish television show’s live national tour.

Production company Theatre Tours Australia have a smash hit on their hands with the live show of Mrs Brown’s Boys. Based on the popular British-Irish sitcom, and touring nationally in March-April 2014, the production has sold out multiple dates at some of Australia’s largest venues, including the 5,550 seater Plenary at Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Performances at the 21,000 seater Sydney’s Allphones Arena and the 15,500 seater Perth Arena are also selling fast.
