According to a new report released yesterday by Live Performance Australia (LPA), the live performance industry generated $2.55 billion and contributed in excess of $1.5 billion to the Australian economy.
The study, entitled Size and Scope of the Live Performance Industry 2012, was conducted by Ernst and Young, and updates the first industry-wide study commissioned by LPA in 2019, using 2008 data.
