Glass half-full for State Opera SA

Adelaide opera-goers are booking for the full Philip Glass Trilogy, rather than for individual operas as expected.

Ticket sales are tracking well for the world premiere of the complete Philip Glass TrilogyAkhnaten, Einstein on the beach and Satyagraha – to be staged next month by State Opera South Australia (SOSA).

‘We live in interesting times in terms of box office – people are buying late – but we’re actually tracking according to plan, which is all good,’ said the company’s Chief Executive and Artistic Director, Timothy Sexton.
