Australian Writers’ Guild (AWG) calls for entries to the 46th Annual AWGIE Awards. The unique AWGIE Awards celebrate excellence in Australian writing and are now open to writing for screen, stage, radio and new media.

The Awards are an important part of the AWG’s history of acknowledging the contribution writers make to Australian culture. The AWGIE Awards are unique in that they are the only writers’ awards judged solely by writers and judging is based on the written script rather than the finished product. Awarded categories include writing in film, theatre, television, radio and interactive media.
