Off the back of the announcement of the BRW Rich Families 2013 list, we take a look at what Australia’s wealthiest families donate to the arts.
The list remained largely unchanged from 2012, with the Melbourne-based Smorgon family (who originally made their money in meat processing but later in steel) retaining the top spot – a position they have held for 15 years.
