Following the retirement of its last leader, Hayden Raysmith AM, the Abbotsford Convent Foundation has appointed a new chair, Victoria Marles.

The Abbotsford Convent is a not-for-profit company developing a large arts, cultural and educational precinct on the Yarra River and has been led by Raysmith since 2005. The sprawling grounds are home to community classical radio station 3MBS, Sophia Mundi Steiner School, a gallery, theatre, markets, bakery, bar, cafe and an organic pay-as-you-feel restaurant.
