$25,000 awaits winner of National Photographic Portrait Prize

The National Portrait Gallery's annual prize is now open for submissions.

Submissions are now open to professional and aspiring Australian photographers hoping to clinch the National Portrait Gallery’s Photographic Portrait Prize 2014.

On top of the $25,000 cash prize, the winning portrait will be displayed at the National Portrait Gallery from 21 March to 1 June 2014. It will subsequently be exhibited at the Wagga Wagga Art Gallery, Cowra Regional Art Gallery, Wangaratta Art Gallery and Devonport Regional Gallery.
