When you apply for a new job it’s likely you’ll need to show on your CV and in your selection criteria responses the achievements you’ve made in previous positions – but what were they?

Even when you love your job and have no intention to leave it’s important to keep taking note of your achievements and ensure your CV is up to date. If you have a great idea and initiate a response that has a positive outcome, make a little note and keep it filed away. Do the same with financial reports or important data that you’ve had an input to so you can say, that’s right I did improve efficiency and I helped reduce complaints by 20%.
